Excellent Stay Near the Haram
separate kitchenwalk-in showerdining table
I found the room size to be amazing. It included a separate kitchen area ideal for preparing food. The bathroom featured a decent walk-in shower. The bedroom area was massive and contained its own dining table and chairs.
The lift sometimes takes a few minutes to arrive (something to keep in mind during peak hours).

The location was close to the mosque.
The room was not very clean. The bathroom had water on the floor upon arrival. Breakfast and dinner quality was also low. Restaurant staff parked waste trolleys near tables. This created an unpleasant smell during meals.

yasser at reception gave a warm welcome. fresh bedding and a clean, good-sized room added to the comfort. blackout curtains ensured total darkness. bottled water was replenished daily, and cleaning staff were helpful.
the shower head was a bit harsh.
